Follow these steps to

Join L'Bri today!

1. Go to my L'Bri Website www.jfletcher.lbri.com
(If you haven't already done so, look around the site and see why Aloe based skin care is far superior to other things on the market.)

On the black toolbar near the top find the section "Income Opportunity" and click on that.

The page that opens gives you lots of information about the L'Bri business opportunity.

Read it all to get all the information you can. On this page you will be able to view a video and hear directly from founder Linda Kaminsky, view another video about making your dreams take flight, learn how to drive free, marketing plan details, consultant testimonials, and much more.

Read about the differences in the showcases and choose which one best meets your needs and goals. Click Here
To see a written description of the Full showcase click here.
To see a written description of the Skincare Showcase click here.
Click here to see how you can get your Full Showcase for Free.

When you are ready and can pay for your chosen showcase at the time of your application, then:
Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Click on "STEP 1: Fill Out Your Application".

A new page will open with the application form. This application will also ask for your sponsor's name and information. Fill out that section with my information below:

Jan Fletcher

4722 NE 7th Street

Ocala, FL 34470-1150

352-236-6679

Next you will be asked to check off which showcase you have chosen. Make sure you have read about each showcase choice before you get here. Read about the differences in the showcases and choose which one best meets your needs and goals. One is the skincare line only for $125 and the other is the complete line including the glamour items for $325. It really is your choice as to which you decide on.

When I decided for myself, I elected to get the whole thing because of the promotion that said I would get reimbursed for the whole kit when/if I sold $1600 in 45 days. I knew two things for sure:

  • I wanted a chance to try all the different glamour products as well as the skin care and by buying the whole showcase I would be able to do that. I wasn't sure I really wanted to sell anything -- I just wanted the chance to buy for myself and my immediate family.

  • The second thing I knew was that my enthusiasm for the product line could very well generate enough in sales to get me to that $1600 very quickly. If I got only the skincare showcase ($125) I had no chance to get any money back and would then have to start buying the glamour items one at a time to try them. If I got the whole thing ($875 worth of products for $325) I did at least have the chance to work hard and recoup my cost.

And that is how I made my decision about which showcase to buy. (I did choose the complete showcase. Even though I never really intended to go aggressively into sales again, I was so excited about the wonderful benefits from this product line, that my enthusiasm carried over to family, friends, coworkers and in only 40 days I had the $1600 sales promotion met. I was so excited to receive that check in the mail!! Needless to say I have not regretted that decision.)

Click here to see how you can get your Showcase for Free.

2. "Step 2 Create your Website name and Purchase your Showcase" - The next page will prompt you to order your showcase.

You will be asked to fill out your personal information again and select a username and password. Make sure you pick a recognizable username because your L'Bri website will be "www.yourusername.lbri.com". Your full name works best. (My full name was already used when I signed up as a customer first. That's why I chose my initial and last name for myself).

Once inside the Consultant Shopping System, select "Supply Showcases." You can choose from a Full Showcase with skin care products and cosmetics for $325 or the Skin Care Showcase for $125 that comes with just skin care products.
If you wish to add any other products, supplies, or samples to your order make sure to add them now. When you're ready to check out, click on your cart button and proceed to check out. L'Bri accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Personal Checks.

Mixing Skin Care Products

"Can I use just one L'Bri product at a time while I finish up my old stuff? I don't want to waste what I already have at home." We are living in tough times financially, so I do understand the question.

But I'd like to explain why this is not a good idea.

In the past 20 years, as I've worked with other skin care lines, I have addressed this same question many times. My answer has always been the same: "No, you really should use all products from the same line together as each company makes products that are developed to work in harmony."

Since using and learning more about L'Bri I am especially convinced about this concept.

L'Bri's first ingredient is Aloe Barbadensis. The unique thing here is that Aloe travels below the skin layers and takes with it other nutrients in the L'Bri Pure n' Natural products. L'Bri is using things that are natural and good for your skin. (See my blog on L'Bri ingredients) Let's say you choose Brand X's cleanser, followed by L'Bri's freshener, followed by Brand Y's moisturizer. You will potentially drive the man-made harmful chemicals from the other two companies down into the deeper skin layers because the Aloe acts as a carrier for all the other things you are using. Most other companies are using chemicals which were meant to sit on top of your skin making your skin appear different. There are many toxic chemicals out there that don't allow your skin to detoxify. When we can't detoxify we can end up with skin problems and (I believe) other medical symptoms and issues. L'Bri's Aloe actually drives down under the skin layers taking with it the water and natural ingredients in the L'Bri products for healthier skin. Detoxification is not restricted but rather is enhanced.

When consumers start mixing products from various skin care lines, they develop "confused skin". The mixture of products was never formulated to work together. What might have started out as a beneficial ingredient produces disastrous results. Skin rashes are a great example of this misuse as are unusually dry skin and unusually oily skin with or without blemishes. You might say that your skin becomes a chemical warfare victim. When a product line is developed, the chemist produces things that are meant to compliment each other. When they fight each other it really does become a war zone.

Our skin protects us from bacteria with an acidic pH (pH refers to the amount of acid or alkali content). Oily skin is slightly less acidic and dry skin is a little bit more acidic, but the general pH is between 4.5 and 5.5. The L'Bri freshener was designed to help restore the natural pH of your skin. It is used after the cleanser and before the moisturizer. The pH balance in skin care products is specific to each skin care's product line. In our example above where we used a cleanser and moisturizer from other product lines along with the L'Bri freshener, we never got the pH back into range because the pH couldn't balance out --- no harmony = no balance. This imbalance just sets you up for allergies, rashes, blemishes and any number of skin issues. When you don't know why this is happening, you are more likely to reach for the next "miracle" product and rather than helping you've just confused your skin even more.

If you find yourself already in this situation of confused skin, don't fret! Help can be on the way in the form of L'Bri Pure n' Natural skin care products! I am actually very excited for you as you have the potential to have some pretty impressive results. L'Bri uses Aloe Barbadensis -- "the healing plant" or "nature's pharmacy" as it is sometimes known. When you look at the list of the wonderful ingredients in the L'Bri product line, you'll understand that you have a great chance of undoing the damage that you have previously created. Remember, the Aloe will help drive all the healing ingredients down underneath you skin layers. It won't create an environment of increased toxicity, but will rather help allow your skin to detoxify. With regular use you can have the healthy, beautiful skin that you deserve and want.

Try some free L'Bri products.
Visit my L'Bri website at
All you pay is shipping and handling for a sample supply
that will last you about 7-10 days.
You can't go wrong with that!!

Why Aloe?

Aloe has been around for centuries.

Some historians date it back to the time of Cleopatra stating that she used it as part of her beauty regimen. It is mentioned for it's medicinal value in a medical text dating back to about 1550 B.C. Modern scientists describe properties of Aloe which help speed cell division and enhance the process of skin sloughing which rids us of dead skin cells. Aloe has shown to speed up the process of rebuilding healthy tissue. In children this process is at work and gives them the pink and healthy glow to their skin.

There are over 200 species of Aloe, but only four have any significant value for humans and animals. Aloe Barbadensis is the most valuable of the four and is the plant which was chosen by L'Bri for it's product line. All of their skin care products except for one have Aloe as their first ingredient. This is very important as Aloe gel penetrates the outer layer of skin and carries with it water (moisture) and healing processes deep beneath the skin. Because of this unique property of Aloe, L'Bri ingredients actually penetrate -- they don't just cover up. The potential for healthy, beautiful skin is better than with other product lines that don't use Aloe.

What is the first ingredient in your skin care/make-up? Is it water? Or is it a chemical that you can't even pronounce? Water is frequently the first ingredient in skin care/make-up because it is inexpensive. It can be like a filler that increases volume in a product. Water can be helpful, but you want it underneath the skin to plump it up. Aloe helps drive the water down deep to moisturize.

Many products today contain Aloe. So what makes L'Bri different?
  • L'Bri uses concentrated Aloe Barbadensis - the most valuable of the over 200 Aloe plants available
  • L'Bri uses Aloe Barbadensis (cultivated in the Rio Grande Valley, U.S.!) -- the highest grade possible
  • L'Bri uses hand picked Aloe
  • L'Bri's Aloe is hand-filleted. Not using machines to process ensures that only the innermost gel is utilized. When other companies grind and squeeze the whole plant, they are including compounds found in the Aloe membrane which can cause the Aloe to be harmful to skin tissue as well as irritating and foul tasting
  • L'Bri uses cold stabilization processing (not heat pasteurization which causes loss of the Aloe's natural benefits). Cold stabilization retains 100% of Aloe's great properties

L'Bri constantly strives to make it's products as "pure n' natural" as possible. With Aloe Barbadensis as the first and main ingredient, they also include vitamins, herbs, sea plants, and "botanicals" (things like Passion Flower, Ginseng, Japanese Green Tea). L'Bri Pure n' Natural products don't contain man-made fragrances and dyes -- both can be sources of allergies and skin sensitivities. Instead, L'Bri gets it's products' coloring and fragrances from their ingredients -- B12 provides the pink coloring of their Freshener and Chlorophyll provides the color in their Deep Pore Cleanser. It is this attention to detail that makes L'Bri different and better for use even by the most sensitive of skin types.

Pain Relief Without a Prescription
with
L'Bri's SuperAloe

If you have ever experienced joint pain from arthritis, then you know what I have felt this weekend. Even simple tasks that required the use of my hands were difficult and painful. I saw a friend who is an Occupational Therapist (OT) and she massaged my thumb joints, used BioFreeze gel, used UltraSound therapy, and Laser therapy. I've been wearing thumb splints to help restrict the thumb joint movements. Still pain.

Today as I tried to return to normal, I thought about the SuperAloe sitting in my room, and decided to give it a try. Everything else by L'Bri has worked great, so I wasn't really very surprised when I had such a great response to the cream. I had tried it before for some chronic low back pain and it worked wonderfully. When I started working with a trainer at the local YMCA, I used it to relieve my severe muscle pain. but I didn't think I would get such a wonderful and quick response on my very sore thumb joints. I thought "only a prescription will take care of this. I'll probably need some cortisone injections". Thankfully, the SuperAloe has done the trick.

SuperAloe provides four active ingredients plus Aloe. It also has 10 other natural ingredients. Other typical over the counter cream pain relievers contain only one or two active ingredients (like a form of Aspirin). SuperAloe contains the active ingredients: Methyl Salicylate (10%), Lidocaine Hydrochloride (1% topical), Menthol (3%) and Capsaicin Frutescens Oleoresion (0.025%). Additionally it contains the natural ingredients: Aloe Vera which helps to drive the pain fighting ingredients deep beneath the skin layers; Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil; Glucosamine Sulfate Sodium; Bisabolol and Ginger Root Extract; Methylsulfonyl Methane (MSM); and Arnica Montana Flower Extract.

Individually each ingredient has properties to fight pain and heal. When placed together these ingredients become even more effective. To learn more about this wonderful pain relieving cream, visit my website http://www.jfletcher.lbri.com/ or go to http://www.superaloe.com/ .

A few things to know about SuperAloe:

Use only as directed
Apply not more than 3 to 4 times per day
For external use only
Consult a physician first if you are prone to allergic reactions
Do not use if you have a shellfish allergy
Be sure to wash your hands after applying SuperAloe and
avoid contact with your eyes.

SuperAloe can be used for:
  • Arthritis pain
  • Back pain
  • Joint pain
  • Knee pain
  • Neck pain
  • Shoulder pain
  • Muscle pain/strain
  • Bruises
  • Tendonitis
  • Overuse pain from workouts

There are many wonderful testimonials on the SuperAloe website. I would even suggest trying this if you suffer from neuropathy and can't find anything to work. It's worth a try!

I'd love to hear your success story.

Know

Your

Skin

Type

Some of us know our skin type, but many don't.

Determining your skin type will help you better select the products that will work best for you and give you the results that you are looking for.

Our skin is affected by many different things. Heredity plays a large part, but other things like exposure to the elements such as sun and wind can affect your skin. We are all exposed to toxins and pollutants in the air and water. Our diet and even stress affect how our skin looks and feels. Some of us look older than our chronological age because our skin has aged faster than it should due to the above mentioned things. With L'Bri Pure n' Natural products you will be doing something very good for yourself and your skin. Within just a few short days you will be amazed at how good and healthy your skin feels!
There are basically five skin types:
Normal
Oily
Dry
Combination
Sensitive

Following are descriptions of each type

Normal Skin
This skin type has few, if any, blemishes and is not too oily or too dry. Skin pores are either small or medium in size and the skin tone is fairly even. The skin feels soft and firm, is smooth and has good elasticity. In general this skin type is said to be balanced.

For Normal Skin, Order the L'Bri Gentle Skin Care Trio

Oily Skin

This skin type experiences clogged pores with blackheads, whiteheads, and frequent blemishes. The skin itself often appears shiny due to the excess of oil production. The skin pores are much more apparent -- medium to large in size. In general this skin type is said to be overactive.

Order the L'Bri Deep Pore Skin Care Trio
for Oily Skin without breakouts.

For Oily Skin with break-outs order L'Bri Deep Pore Cleanser, Deep Pore Freshener, and for your moisturizer use L'Bri's Aloe Jelly.

To speed the healing of existing blemishes and to prevent new blemishes from occuring,
I suggest you use L'Bri's KlearAway Lotion.

Dry Skin

Dry skin lacks any shine to it -- it has a matte finish. It often feels tight and may actually look "flaky". It is often described as rough when touched. It may even exhibit excessive redness. Check with a doctor if you have this skin type, as some medical conditions (such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and eczema) can exhibit symptoms of dry skin but may require specialized treatment. Soaps and water can aggravate dry skin and make it even drier. Aloe can help drive water under the skin to allow it to plump up. A moisturizer to help restore and maintain the moisture is extremely important. L'Bri is great for this skin type! In general this skin type is said to be underactive.

For Dry Skin order the L'Bri Gentle Skin Care Trio.
For Very Dry Skin use L'Bri Intense Moisture Cream in place of the Gentle Moisturizer.
Combination Skin

This skin type combines two or more characteristics of the other skin types over different parts of the face. About 90% of combination skins describe oiliness in the "T-Zone" and normal or dry areas around their cheeks and eyes. (The T-Zone is the forehead, nose, and chin.) In general this skin type is said to be asymmetric.

For Combination Skin order the L'Bri Combination Skin Trio
(Deep Pore Cleanser, Gentle Freshener, Gentle Moisturizer)

Sensitive Skin

This skin type is extremely sensitive and overreacts easily to chemicals, stress, the elements, diet, temperature changes and cosmetics. Allergic reactions are often common. This skin type burns easily when exposed to the sun and may develop broken blood vessels which contibutes to its appearance of redness. In general this skin type is said to be delicate.

For Sensitive skin, order the L'Bri Gentle Skin Trio.

L'Bri Pure n' Natural

The Company

L'Bri Pure n' Natural was born in 1998 by husband and wife team Linda and Brian Kaminsky in Mukwonago, WI. (The name is actually a combination of both their names -- "L" for Linda, "Bri" for Brian and pronounced with a long "i" sound). Mukwonago is about one half hour from Milwaukee and about an hour away from Chicago.

Linda had been very successfully involved in direct sales of skin care/cosmetics for many years at that time, thus having knowledge of what worked and what didn't for the company as well as the sales force. Brian was doing factory work and was frequently subjected to skin burns. On one occasion his burns were especially severe requiring extensive burn care including special creams and ointments. It was at that time that Linda and Brian learned about the wonderful healing properties of Aloe. When, in the late 1990s, they decided to start their own company, a skin care product line which utilized Aloe Barbadensis and emphasized pure and natural ingredients fit their needs and they set out to develop just such a thing.

From the company Business Guide:

"The company was founded on a philosophy of caring and sharing, giving and helping others. One of the greatest joys, the Kaminski's believe, is in giving to others and helping them to succeed."

L'Bri maintains their offices and warehouses in the United States. Their Aloe is grown and processed in the United States. With the exception of only three products, their ingredients are from the United States. (Those three products are not able to be provided/produced here. Two come from Europe and one from the ocean near Brazil.) And they are "going green"! They currently have a compact that is biodegradable -- they won't clog up the landfills. Truly a foreward thinking company that you can be proud of!
L'Bri does No Animal Testing.

L'Bri is a proud sponsor of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Each month a percentage of the company sales is donated to this worthy cause.

L'Bri not only creates and sells an incredible line of skin care products, but also provides an avenue of income for many people through a system of Independent Consultants. A perfect avenue for a home based business. Work from home either full or part time and have the potential to generate a great income. In the company business guide Linda states, "One of the advantages of being a young company is that we can truly provide others with a ground floor opportunity for advancement -- both financially, professionally and personally."
To find out more about this awesome company, it's incredible product line, and a wonderful opportunity to grow a business for yourself that can provide you with active and passive income, visit my website at

L'Bri Pure n' Natural Three Step Trios

Effective, Natural Three Step Systems form the Core of
L'Bri Pure n' Natural Skin Care Products.

You might be wondering why it takes three different products just to wash your face. Each product builds on the other to properly clean, oxygenate, and hydrate your skin.

Here's what each step does:

Cleanse - Wash your face to rid it of dirt, bacteria, and pollution that builds up on your skin each day. Proper cleansing should flush out your pores without overstimulating your oil glands.

Freshen - Restore your skin's proper pH balance and ward off blemish causing bacteria by using a Freshener. Skipping this step will result in more blemishes down the road.

Moisturize - Even the most oily skin types still need moisturizer. This step hydrates your skin, calms the oil glands, and keeps your complexion balanced.

Following these three steps each morning prepares your skin for the day, much as a painter prepares his/her canvas. Repeating these three steps each evening helps to keep your skin healthy. A twice daily routine will help your skin repair itself from exposure to pollutants, sun exposure, lack of exercise, lack of rest, chemical exposures (such as medications), prior improper skin care, and use of cosmetic products. Proper skin care can actually make your skin look and feel more youthful -- a wonderful benefit for only minutes a day of your time.

L'Bri Pure n' Natural has formulations to suit all skin types:

Dry skin, combination skin, oily skin, and sensitive skin.

Order your free samples today.

Go to my website at www.jfletcher.lbri.com

All you pay is shipping and handling.

Your samples will last you a week to ten days.

If you want to run your own experiment, use L'Bri on half your face and continue your current regimen on the other half of your face. At the end of the week email me and let me know what you think. I am confident that you will be "doing flips" over how great your skin feels on the L'Bri side.

Introducing
Your
L'Bri Pure n' Natural Consultant

Hi! My name is Jan Fletcher.

I am new to blogging and new to a wonderful line of skin care -- L'Bri Pure n' Natural -- that I would like to share with you.

Last summer I went on a search for new skin care. I liked what I had been using for years, and felt that it had done a good job for me, but I wanted a new system that would not contain three harmful ingredients: mineral oil, sodium laureth sulfate, and propylene glycol. These don't allow our skin to detoxify. As a Physician Assistant in Neurology, I see patients every day who are dealing with neurological symptoms that we can't always fix. Many times I can't even tell patients why they have the symptoms. My research has led me to the conclusion that we are all dealing with toxicity and that we manifest symptoms when we cannot detoxify. Toxic chemicals are everywhere on earth now -- the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, the medicines we take, the plastics we use, etc. Even the microwaves we use alter what we cook. I wanted to find something that would be good for my body since my skin absorbs whatever I put on it.

Our skin is the largest organ in our body. It performs such functions as protection, maintenance of body temperature, synthesis of Vitamin D, absorption, excretion (water, salt, toxins), reception of stimuli, prevention of excess fluid loss. In medicine, we sometimes use the skin as a delivery system for medications (think of hormone therapy patches and sea sickness patches). If my skin care, that I loved, was using propylene glycol to make my skin feel softer, then it was causing me harm. I found a website that allowed me to check the content of my skincare: http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com/. Much to my dismay I was exposed to all three of the things I wanted to avoid and many others.

I began to search for a new skincare. I even looked for "organic" skincare, but found nothing that worked well and fit my criteria until I found L'Bri Pure n' Natural. The organic products that I tried often smelled bad, didn't feel like they made any improvement in my aging skin, and were really expensive. Although not organic, L'Bri Pure n' Natural is Aloe based and extremely well priced. They use the healing plant as the main ingredient in all their products. Minimal chemicals are used, but necessary for shelf life so that the products don't "spoil". And the best part -- none of the things I was trying to avoid were in their products! I was ecstatic!

I ordered free samples which lasted me 10 days. You only need to use a small amount. I couldn't believe how great my skin felt after only 3 days. I will be 60 this year, but my friends and co-workers tell me that since using L'Bri products my skin definitely looks much younger. The Aloe Barbadensis helps to drive water underneath the outer skin layers to actually plump up the skin thus decreasing lines and wrinkles. There are products to help firm or tighten, or even to relax your skin (better than Botox! which paralyzes). Whether you have acne, or oily skin or dry skin, or normal skin -- we have what you need.

It was not my intention to sell L'Bri products, but since I was so excited and getting such great results, I couldn't stop telling people about it. Others wanted to know what I was doing differently and then they wanted to try too, but wanted me to get it for them. So after only 2 weeks of using my new skin care, I became an Independent L'Bri Consultant. I haven't regretted my decision for one minute. I easily sold enough in my first 40 days, that I was able to get my Showcase reimbursed by the company -- $325 back in my pocket! What an awesome company with an awesome product line!

I would love to help you with your skin care needs. We have products for everyone. Visit my L'Bri website www.jfletcher.lbri.com to determine your skin type, to see what's available, and to get free samples for yourself. All you pay is shipping and handling. The samples will last you a week on average (mine lasted 10 days).
You can even email me from my L'Bri site or at

I look forward to hearing from you!
